I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right on Negombo beach with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the rooms left much to be desired; they felt old and overpriced. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which definitely made my stay a bit better. Overall, it's a great spot if you want to enjoy the beach, but the value for money is questionable due to the room conditions.
